An Act to repeal The Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation Act, 1936
Note: This Act repeals The Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation Act, 1936, which has not previously been amended.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:
Repeal
1. The Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation Act, 1936 is repealed.
Commencement
2. This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent.
Short title
3. The short title of this Act is the Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation Repeal Act, 2007.
