An Act to Protect our Children's Education and Defend Local Democracy
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:
1. The Education Quality Improvement Act, 1997 is repealed. Commencement
2. This Act comes into force on the day the Education Quality Improvement Act, 1997 receives Royal Assent. Short title
3. The short title of this Act is the Bill 160 Repeal Act, 1997.
