An Act to change the name of the geographic township of Creighton in the Territorial District of Sudbury to Creighton-Davies, and to make a consequential amendment to the Territorial Division Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows: Name changed

1. The name of the geographic township of Creighton in the Territorial District of Sudbury is changed to Creighton-Davies. Consequential amendment

2. Clause (d) of paragraph 50 of the Schedule to the Territorial Division Act is amended by striking out "Creighton" and substituting "Creighton-Davies". Commencement

3. This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent. Short title

4. The short title of this Act is the Geographic Township of Creighton-Davies Act, 1997.
