Projet de loi 81, Loi visant à réduire le nombre des députés à l'Assemblée législative en rendant identiques le nombre et les limites des circonscriptions électorales provinciales et fédérales et à apporter des modifications corrélatives à des lois concernant la représentation électorale. Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 86, An Act to provide for better local government by updating and streamlining the Municipal Elections Act, the Municipal Act and related statutes.

Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 86, Loi prévoyant l'amélioration des administrations locales en modernisant et simplifiant la Loi sur les élections municipales, la Loi sur les municipalités et d'autres lois connexes.

After some time, pursuant to the Order of the House of November 26, 1996, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.

The House then adjourned
