An Act to proclaim Developmental Disabilities Awareness Week

His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:

Developmental Disabilities Awareness Week

1 (1)  The last full week of May in each year is proclaimed as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Week.

(2)  During Developmental Disabilities Awareness Week, all Ontarians are encouraged to wear an item of the colour yellow.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent.

Short title

3 The short title of this Act is the Developmental Disabilities Awareness Week Act, 2026.
