That, in the opinion of this House, the Government of Ontario should continue its work to build Highway 413, as it is a critical piece of key public infrastructure that will save drivers up to five hours a week by alleviating traffic in the most heavily-congested corridor in North America, and will support up to 3,500 jobs and generate up to $350 million annually in gross domestic product.

The Acting Speaker (Patrice Barnes) informed the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 89(a), the Clerk received a written request that Bill Pr2, An Act to revive 405456 Ontario Limited be referred to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs (Sessional Paper No. 28).
The Order for Second Reading of the Bill was therefore discharged and the Bill was deemed referred to the Committee.

At 5:30 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 9(e), the Minister of Children, Community and Social Services indicated that no further business would be called and therefore the House recessed until 6:00 p.m.
