I beg to inform the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 71(c), the Member for Waterloo (Ms. Fife) has filed with the Clerk a reasoned amendment to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 66, An Act to restore Ontario’s competitiveness by amending or repealing certain Acts.

The Order for Second Reading of Bill 66 may therefore not be called today.

At 9:03 a.m., the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing indicated that no further morning business would be called and therefore the House recessed.
