Second Reading of Bill 86, An Act to amend the Labour Relations Act, 1995.	Deuxième lecture du projet de loi 86, Loi modifiant la Loi de 1995 sur les relations de travail.
During "Private Members' Public Business", as a result of disruptions, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Wilson) ordered the West Public Gallery to be cleared.	Pendant la période des «Affaires d'intérêt public émanant des députés», comme il y des interruptions, le président par intérim, M. Wilson donne des directives pour évacuer la tribune ouest réservée au public.

The Acting Speaker then recessed the House for 2 minutes.

A debate arising, further proceedings were reserved until the end of the time allotted for Private Members' Public Business.

That, in the opinion of this House, the Government of Ontario recognize the importance of financial literacy education; and that the Ministry of Education undertake steps to include financial literacy in our elementary and secondary school curriculum.

That, in the opinion of this House, the Government of Ontario should aggressively promote the use of Ontario wood products in residential and commercial construction throughout Ontario in order to support the more than 63,000 direct jobs and the other 130,000 people who owe their livelihood to Ontario's forest industry.
A debate arising and the time allotted for consideration of Private Members' Public Business having expired, the Acting Speaker proceeded to put all questions.
