Notwithstanding Standing Order 53, with unanimous consent, on motion by Mr. Bradley,

Ordered, That, notwithstanding Standing Order 96(d), Mr. McMeekin and Mr. Brownell exchange places in the order of precedence for Private Members' Public Business such that Mr. McMeekin assumes ballot item number 68 and Mr. Brownell assumes ballot item number 25.

That pursuant to Standing Order 46 and notwithstanding any other Standing Order or Special Order of the House relating to Bill 36, An Act to provide for the integration of the local system for the delivery of health services, when Bill 36 is next called as a Government Order the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of the third reading stage of the bill without further debate or amendment; and

That there shall be no deferral of any vote allowed pursuant to Standing Order 28(h); and

That, in the case of any division relating to any proceedings on the bill, the division bell shall be limited to ten minutes.
