Ordered, That the order for Second Reading of Bill 133, An Act to amend the Environmental Protection Act and the Ontario Water Resources Act in respect of enforcement and other matters, be discharged and the bill be referred to the Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly.

Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 136, An Act respecting the establishment of growth plan areas and growth plans.	Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 136, Loi sur l'établissement de zones de croissance planifiée et de plans de croissance.
After some time, the question having been put, the Speaker declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded.	Après quelque temps, la motion mise aux voix, le Président déclare qu'à son avis les voix favorables l'emportent et un vote par appel nominal a été demandé.
The Speaker directed that the Members be called in, for which purpose the division bells were rung.	Le Président donne des directives pour convoquer les députés et la sonnerie d'appel se fait entendre.
During the ringing of the bells, the Speaker addressed the House as follows:-	Pendant la sonnerie d'appel, le Président s'adresse à l'Assemblée en ces mots:-
I have received a request from the Chief Government Whip, under Standing Order 28(h), that the vote on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 136, An Act respecting the establishment of growth plan areas and growth plans, be deferred until April 6, 2005.	J'ai reçu une requête du Whip en chef du gouvernement, conformément à l'article 28(h) du Règlement, que le vote sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 136, Loi sur l'établissement de zones de croissance planifiée et de plans de croissance, soit différé jusqu'au 6 avril 2005.
Therefore the vote is accordingly deferred.	En conséquence, le vote est différé.

Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 158, Loi remplaçant la Loi sur les cinémas et modifiant d'autres lois en ce qui concerne les films.

After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.	Après quelque temps, conformément à l'article 9 du Règlement, la motion d'ajournement du débat est réputée avoir été proposée et adoptée.

The House then adjourned at 5:55 p.m.	À 17 h 55, la chambre a ensuite ajourné ses travaux.
