I beg to inform the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 71(c), the Member for Toronto—Danforth (Mr. Tabuns) and the Member for Ottawa—Vanier (Mme Des Rosiers), have filed with the Clerk reasoned amendments to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 4 An Act respecting the preparation of a climate change plan, providing for the wind down of the cap and trade program and repealing the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016.

The Order for Second Reading of Bill 4 may therefore not be called today.
