I beg to inform the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 71(b), both the Member for Ottawa—Vanier and the Member for Toronto—Danforth have notified the Clerk of their intention to file notice of a reasoned amendment to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 4, An Act respecting the preparation of a climate change plan, providing for the wind down of the cap and trade program and repealing the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016 (Sessional Papers No. 10 and 11).

The Order for Second Reading of Bill 4 may therefore not be called today.
