Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to the Lieutenant Governor in Council as follows:-

We, Her Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, now assembled, request the appointment of Brian Beamish as the Information and Privacy Commissioner for a term of five years, commencing on March 2, 2015, as provided in section 4 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.F.31.

And, it was Ordered, That the Address be engrossed and presented to the Lieutenant Governor in Council by the Speaker.
