The Speaker addressed the House as follows:- I beg to inform the House that I have laid upon the Table a Report of the Ombudsman of Ontario, made pursuant to Section 21 of the Ombudsman Act relating to the Ontario Disability Support Program's Disability Adjudication Unit (Sessional Paper No. 164).

The Speaker addressed the House as follows:- I beg to inform the House that today the Clerk received the Report on Intended Appointments dated May 31, 2006 of the Standing Committee on Government Agencies. Pursuant to Standing Order 106(e)(9), the Report is deemed to be adopted by the House (Sessional Paper No. 163).

With unanimous consent, on motion by Mr. Bradley, Ordered, That notwithstanding Standing Order 96(d), the following change be made to the ballot list of Private Members' Public Business:- Mr. Bisson and Mr. Prue exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Bisson assumes ballot item 57 and Mr. Prue assumes ballot item 42; and That, pursuant to Standing Order 96(g), notice be waived for ballot item 42.

That the Legislative Assembly calls on the government to sustain and encourage good-paying manufacturing jobs in Ontario, and in particular, to implement a "Made in Ontario" policy that ensures streetcars, subway cars, and rail transport cars for Ontario municipalities that are purchased with funds in whole or in part from the Government of Ontario, are manufactured in Ontario.
A debate arising, after some time, the motion was declared lost.			Un débat s'ensuit et après quelque temps, la motion est déclarée rejetée.

A debate arose on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 52, An Act to amend the Education Act respecting pupil learning to the age of 18 or equivalent learning and to make complementary amendments to the Highway Traffic Act.			Il s'élève un débat sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 52, Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'éducation concernant l'apprentissage des élèves jusqu' à l'âge de 18 ans et l'apprentissage équivalent et apportant des modifications complémentaires au Code de la route.
After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.			Après quelque temps, conformément à l'article 9 du Règlement, la motion d'ajournement du débat est réputée avoir été proposée et adoptée.
