The Speaker addressed the House as follows:- I beg to inform the House that pursuant to Standing Order 69(c) the House Leader of the Third Party, the Member for Niagara Centre, has filed notice of a reasoned amendment to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 28, An Act to resolve a labour dispute between The Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association and the Toronto Catholic District School Board and to amend the Education Act and the Provincial Schools Negotiations Act. The Order for Second Reading may therefore not be called today.
