The question having been put on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 2, An Act to amend the Highway Traffic Act to restrict the conveyance of passengers for compensation, it was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs.
