An Act to amend the
Greenbelt Protection Act, 2004
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:
1. Section 17 of the Greenbelt Protection Act, 2004 is repealed and the following substituted:
Repeal
17. This Act is repealed on March 9, 2005.
Commencement
2. This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent.
Short title
3. The short title of this Act is the Greenbelt Protection Amendment Act, 2004.
