The Lieutenant Governor transmits Estimates of certain sums required for the services of the Province for the year ending 31st March 2014 and recommends them to the Legislative Assembly.

That the amendment to the motion be amended by adding the following:-

In the event of prorogation before the Want of Confidence Motion standing in the name of the Member from Simcoe–Grey is called, the motion shall be placed on the Orders and Notices Paper on the second day of the subsequent session and shall be called on the fifth sessional day of the new session.
