Mr. Miller (Parry Sound–Muskoka) moved the adoption of the Committee’s Report as follows:-

Your committee met on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, to consider the 2012 Special Report of the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario on Ornge Air Ambulance and related Services. During this meeting the Committee adopted a motion requesting that the House authorize the Speaker to issue his warrant for the appearance of Dr. Chris Mazza, former President and CEO of Ornge, before the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, in Room Number 151, Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto, at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 and that if necessary the warrant can be served to Dr. Chris Mazza’s attorney, Roger D. Yachetti, Q.C.

Your committee therefore requests that the House authorize the Speaker to issue his warrant, as provided in section 35 of the Legislative Assembly Act, requiring the appearance of Dr. Chris Mazza, before the Standing Committee on Public Accounts. (Sessional Paper No. 72).

With unanimous consent, it was carried.
