Mr. Sterling from the Standing Committee on Public Accounts presented the Committee's Report on the Ontario Disability Support Program (Section 3.09, 2009 Annual Report of the Auditor General of Ontario) and moved the adoption of its recommendations (Sessional Paper No. 343).

That, notwithstanding Standing Order 98(g), the requirement for notice be waived with respect to ballot item number 57.

The House expressed its condolence on the death of John Yaremko, Member for the Electoral District of Bellwoods from November 22, 1951 to September 17, 1975.
