At 5:25 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 47(c), the Deputy Speaker interrupted the proceedings and announced that there had been six and one-half hours of debate on Second Reading of Bill 101, An Act to provide for monitoring the prescribing and dispensing of certain controlled substances, and that the debate would be deemed adjourned, at which point the Deputy Government House Leader (Mr. Phillips) specified otherwise, whereupon debate continued.

After some time, the House then adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
