The Speaker addressed the House as follows:-

I beg to inform the House that I have laid upon the Table a Report of the Ombudsman of Ontario, made pursuant to Section 11 of the Ombudsman Act, entitled "Getting it Right: Investigation into the Transparency of the Property Assessment Process and the Integrity and Efficiency of Decision-Making at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation" (Sessional Paper No. 106).

The Speaker addressed the House as follows:-

Standing Order 62(a) provides that "the Standing Committee on Estimates shall present one report with respect to all of the Estimates and Supplementary Estimates considered pursuant to Standing Orders 59 and 61 no later than the third Thursday in November of each calendar year".

The House not having received a report from the Standing Committee on Estimates for certain ministries on Thursday, November 17, 2005, as required by the Standing Orders of this House, pursuant to Standing Order 62(b) Supplementary Estimates before the Committee of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (Supplementary Estimates only), Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration (Supplementary Estimates only), Ministry of Agriculture and Food (Supplementary Estimates only), and Ministry of Transportation (Supplementary Estimates only), are deemed to be passed by the Committee and are deemed to be reported to and received by the House.

Accordingly, the Supplementary Estimates (2005-2006) of the following ministries were deemed to be passed by the Standing Committee on Estimates and were deemed to be reported to and received by the House:-

That when such Orders are called, they shall be considered concurrently in a single debate; and

That the time available to 9:20 p.m. this evening shall be divided equally among the Recognized Parties; and

That at the conclusion of the debate the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of the Order for Concurrence in Supply for each of the ministries named above, and to dispose of all remaining stages of Bill 82; and

If a recorded vote is requested by 5 members, all divisions shall be stacked, and there shall be a single 10 minute division bell.
