The Speaker addressed the House as follows:-

Standing Order 62(a) provides that "the Standing Committee on Estimates shall present one report with respect to all of the Estimates and Supplementary Estimates considered pursuant to Standing Orders 59 and 61 no later than the third Thursday in November of each calendar year".

The House not having received a report from the Standing Committee on Estimates for certain ministries on Thursday, November 17, 2005, as required by the Standing Orders of this House, pursuant to Standing Order 62(b) the Estimates before the Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Recreation, and the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines are deemed to be passed by the Committee and are deemed to be reported to and received by the House.

Accordingly, the Estimates (2005-2006) of the following ministries were deemed to be passed by the Standing Committee on Estimates and were deemed to be reported to and received by the House:-

The Deputy Speaker (Mr. Crozier) informed the House that, in the name of Her Majesty the Queen, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor had been pleased to assent to the following bill in his office:-
