Ordered, That the following be agreed to with respect to this afternoon's proceedings on Bill 17, An Act to amend the Executive Council Act: (1) the time available for debate shall be apportioned equally among the recognized parties and (2) at the end of the debate or at 5:50 p.m. today, whichever is earlier, the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of the second reading stage of the bill without further debate or amendment.
