The Legislative Assembly of Ontario directs the government to address public concerns of cronyism and patronage by releasing full details of all dealings between the Cortellucci - Montemarano group of companies and the Government of Ontario, its Agencies, Boards and/or Commissions, for public scrutiny.

That one hour be divided equally among the recognized parties for the purpose of tonight's debate;

At the end of that time, the motion for adjournment of the debate will be deemed to have been made and carried and the Speaker shall adjourn the House;

And for the purposes of Standing Order 46, tonight's debate will be considered one full sessional day.

A debate arose on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 53, An Act respecting the equity in education tax credit.
