I beg to inform the House, that pursuant to section 30 of the Members' Integrity Act, 1994, I have today laid upon the table a request by the Member for Riverdale to the Honourable Gregory Evans, Integrity Commissioner, for an opinion on whether the Member for London North has contravened this Act or Ontario Parliamentary Convention.

Ms Lankin then moved the adjournment of the House, which motion was lost on the following division:-

A debate arose on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 19, An Act to repeal the Advocacy Act, 1992, revise the Consent to Treatment Act, 1992, amend the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992 and amend other Acts in respect of related matters.

After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9(a), the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.
