Ordered, That, notwithstanding Standing Order 63 and the Order of the House dated September 14, 2015, should the Standing Committee on Estimates fail to complete its consideration of the 2015 - 2016 Estimates of the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure/Ministry of Research and Innovation prior to November 26, 2015, the Committee is authorized to meet during its regularly scheduled meeting times during the week of November 30, 2015, for the purpose of considering the Estimates of these Ministries, and

That, in such case the Committee shall present one report to the House on December 3, 2015, with respect to all Estimates and Supplementary Estimates considered pursuant to Standing Orders 60 and 62; and

That, in the event that the Committee fails to report the said Estimates on December 3, 2015, the Estimates and Supplementaries shall be deemed to be passed by the Committee and be deemed to be reported to and received by the House.
