The home care guarantee shall be funded by capping hospital CEO salaries and finding administrative and procurement savings in the Local Health Integration Networks and the Community Care Access Centres.

The home care guarantee shall be funded by capping hospital CEO salaries and finding administrative and procurement savings in the Local Health Integration Networks and the Community Care Access Centres.
