After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 47(c), the Acting Speaker (Ms. DiNovo) interrupted the proceedings and announced that there had been more than six and one-half hours of debate on Second Reading of Bill 173, An Act respecting 2011 Budget measures, interim appropriations and other matters, and that the debate was deemed adjourned, at which point the Acting Government House Leader (Mr. Bentley) specified otherwise, whereupon debate continued. | |
