That, in the opinion of this House, the Province of Ontario must impose a moratorium on all new wind turbine projects in Ontario until such time as Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Ministry of Health Promotion and the Ministry of the Environment have stated that wind turbines do not have any adverse health effects on people who live near them.

A debate arising and the time allotted for consideration of Private Members' Public Business having expired, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Wilson) proceeded to put all questions.
