That, in the opinion of this House, the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs should immediately begin an investigation into Ontario's industrial and economic competitiveness, to develop an action plan to maintain and expand our domestic and international markets in the coming years.

The question having been put on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 164, An Act to amend the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Environmental Protection Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, it was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills.
