The question having been put, the motion was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on General Government. Debate was resumed on the motion for Third Reading of Bill 43, An Act to protect existing and future sources of drinking water and to make complementary and other amendments to other Acts. After some time, there being no further debate, the question having been put, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Arnott) declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded,			Après quelque temps, comme il n'y a plus de débat, la motion mise aux voix, le président par intérim, M.
