Ordered, That notwithstanding any Standing Order, the Order for Third Reading of Bill 89, An Act to amend the Child and Family Services Act and the Coroners Act to better protect the children of Ontario shall be called as today's first Order; and,

That each recognized party be allotted up to 5 minutes to speak on the motion, following which the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of the Third Reading stage of Bill 89; and,

That the Order for Second Reading of Bill 130, An Act to amend various Acts in relation to municipalities shall be called as the second Order; and,

That this afternoon's debate on Bill 130 be considered one full sessional day.

Il s'élève un débat sur la motion portant troisième lecture du projet de loi 89, Loi modifiant la Loi sur les services à l'enfance et à la famille et la Loi sur les coroners pour mieux protéger les enfants de l'Ontario.

After some time, the motion was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the third time and was passed.

Après quelque temps, la motion est déclarée adoptée et en conséquence, ce projet de loi est lu une troisième fois et adopté.

 

Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 130, An Act to amend various Acts in relation to municipalities.

Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 130, Loi modifiant diverses lois en ce qui concerne les municipalités.

After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.
