Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 11, An Act to enact the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, repeal the Provincial Parks Act and the Wilderness Areas Act and make complementary amendments to other Acts.

After some time, the motion was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly.
