The question having been put on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 60, An Act to amend the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 to regulate the promotion and advertising of Internet gaming in Ontario, it was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on Justice Policy.			La motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 60, Loi modifiant la Loi de 2002 sur la protection du consommateur afin de réglementer la promotion des jeux sur Internet en Ontario et la publicité qui en est faite., mise aux voix, est déclarée adoptée et le projet de loi est en conséquence lu une deuxième fois et renvoyé au Comité permanent de la justice.

The Order of the Day for resuming the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion that the Legislative Assembly adopt the Report of the Integrity Commissioner dated January 4, 2006 and approve the recommendation contained therein, was called.

With unanimous consent, it was agreed that the Chamber doors would be unlocked for 30 seconds between the two votes associated with this Order.

In accordance with the Order of the House passed on March 1, 2006, the Acting Speaker put the question forthwith on the amendment moved by Mr. Klees, on February 20, 2006, as follows:- That the motion be amended by adding the following thereto:- "and that the subject matter of the penalties available under Section 34 of the Members' Integrity Act be referred to the Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly.", which question was lost on the following division:-
