Ms. Churley from the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills presented the Committee's Report which was read as follows and adopted:-

the title of which is amended to read:

Ordered, That notwithstanding any Standing Order or the Order of the House of earlier today, the House continue to meet beyond 6 o'clock for the purposes of completing consideration of the motion for Second Reading of Bill 211, An Act to amend the Human Rights Code and certain other Acts to end mandatory retirement; following which the Speaker shall adjourn the House until Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.

After some time, the question having been put, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Prue) declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded,
