That, in the opinion of this House, the McGuinty government must keep its election promise to our oldest, most frail and vulnerable citizens by providing an increase in long term care operating funding and introduce an effective strategy to rebuild and/or upgrade the older long term care homes across Ontario in the 2005 provincial budget.
