M. Sorbara propose,

That the Minister of Finance be authorized to pay the salaries of the civil servants and other necessary payments pending the voting of supply for the period commencing July 1, 2004, and ending December 31, 2004, such payments to be charged to the proper appropriation for the 2004-2005 fiscal year following the voting of supply.
