Bill 101, Putting Student Achievement First Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on Social Policy will meet to consider Bill 101, An Act to amend various Acts in respect of education and child care. 

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, April 27, 2026. 

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 101 are required to register by and 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 . 

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, April 27, 2026.
