Bill 119, Protecting Ontario's Streets and Communities Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on Justice Policy will meet to consider Bill 119, An Act to enact two new Acts and to amend various other Acts.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 119 are required to register by 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, October 5, 2026.
