Bill 140, Building Ontario Faster Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on the Interior will meet to consider Bill 140, An Act to enact two Acts and to amend various Acts.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 140 are required to register by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
