Bill 98, Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on Heritage, Infrastructure and Cultural Policy will meet to consider Bill 98, An Act to enact the Fare Alignment and Seamless Transit Act, 2026 and to amend various Acts.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Monday, May 4, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 98 are required to register by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, May 4, 2026.
