Bill 100, Better Regional Governance Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on Heritage, Infrastructure and Cultural Policy will meet to consider Bill 100, An Act to amend the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 100 are required to register by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, April 24, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
