Bill 143, Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2026 (No. 2)

The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will meet to consider Bill 143, An Act to implement Budget measures and to enact and amend various statutes.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 143 are required to register by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, November 9, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
