Bill 105, Protecting Ontario’s Workers and Economic Resilience Act, 2026

The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will meet to consider Bill 105, An Act to enact the Strengthening Talent Agency Regulation Act, 2026 and to amend various Acts.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on Bill 105 are required to register by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the bill may send a written submission by 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
