EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Bill amends the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 to require Hydro One Inc. and its subsidiaries to disclose salary and benefits under section 3 of the Act.

An Act to amend the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 with respect to Hydro One Inc.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:
1 Subsection 3 (6) of the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 is repealed and the following substituted:
Exception re: Hydro One Inc.
(6) This section does not apply to Hydro One Inc. and its subsidiaries with respect to salary and benefits paid after December 31, 2014 and on or before December 31 of the year in which the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Amendment Act (Hydro One Inc.), 2017 receives Royal Assent.
Commencement
2 This Act comes into force on the day it receives Royal Assent.
Short title
3 The short title of this Act is the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Amendment Act (Hydro One Inc.), 2017.
