Question Period Rewind is a new segment that takes Question Period footage out of the archives and puts it on your screen.
Starting February 2, you’ll be able to watch archived Question Periods starting from 1986, when the Legislative Assembly’s Broadcast and Recording Service was created and began covering House proceedings.
When the House is sitting, Question Period is streamed live on the Legislative Assembly’s website, on the Parlance app, and on TV through the Ontario Parliament Network (ONT.PARL). During this part of the day, MPPs can ask the government questions about its activities and policies and gives ministers and parliamentary assistants opportunities to answer.
Watch Question Period Rewind Monday through Friday at 11a.m. on ONT.PARL, the Parlance app, or the video page of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario’s website. The clips will also be available to watch anytime through YouTube (opens another site).
