That pursuant to Standing Order 9(h), the Clerk received written notice from the Government House Leader indicating that a temporary change in the weekly meeting schedule of the House is required, and therefore, the House shall convene at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023 with the proceeding Orders of the Day (Sessional Paper No. 360).

That this House condemn the ongoing and reprehensible attacks being carried out by the terrorist organization Hamas, including the slaughter, rape, and kidnapping of innocent Israeli civilians, including babies, children, and seniors, and recognize the inalienable right of the State of Israel to defend itself and its people against this horrific violence.

That, in the opinion of this House, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs should continue to support employers of International Agricultural Workers and employees by providing informational resources on benefits available to all workers in Ontario, to demonstrate Ontario's commitment to the growth and sustainability of the food production and processing sectors and to ensure Ontario remains a destination of choice to those workers who enter Canada through any recognized federal or provincial program.
