Program Agreement
I understand that if I am selected to participate in the Teachers' Forum at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, I am making a commitment to attend and participate fully in the multi-day program. I also understand that the Legislative Assembly of Ontario will not provide accommodation and that one round-trip fare using the most cost-effective method of transportation will be provided.
