The Chair (Mr. Peter Tabuns): Good afternoon, everyone. I call the meeting to order.
We have the following members in the room: MPP Monteith-Farrell, MPP Armstrong, MPP Barrett, MPP Parsa. The following members are participating remotely: MPP Coe, MPP Cuzzetto, MPP Ghamari, MPP Mitas, MPP Pettapiece. I think I’ve covered everyone.
We are also joined by staff from legislative research, Hansard, broadcast and recording.
To make sure everyone can understand what’s going on, it’s important that all participants speak slowly and clearly. I’m going to have to remember that. Please wait until I recognize you before starting to speak.
Election of Vice-Chair
The Chair (Mr. Peter Tabuns): The main item of business is election of a Vice-Chair. It is my duty to entertain a motion for Vice-Chair. Are there any motions? MPP Parsa.
Mr. Michael Parsa: I nominate Randy Pettapiece for the Vice-Chair position.
The Chair (Mr. Peter Tabuns): That’s a good choice.
A motion has been moved by MPP Parsa. Is there any debate? None. Are members ready to vote?

The Chair (Mr. Peter Tabuns): MPP Mitas, we can see you. Excellent.
